VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT REPORT

As the volunteer program expanded, I identified the need for a centralized report to capture both quantitative data and qualitative highlights. I created the Volunteer Engagement Report to track key metrics such as volunteer hours, participation rates, and program growth, while also showcasing volunteer activities through photos and storytelling. This report served as both an internal tool for strategic planning and an external communication piece to recognize volunteers and demonstrate program impact.
