Hello! My name is Madeline Denton, thank you for taking the time to view my art and read my words. I grew up in North Carolina, and I have spent time living in the cities of Raleigh, NC and Richmond, Virginia, as well as in the mountains of East Tennessee and Colorado.

I am especially inspired by nature. To me, art is a gift and a tool. Art can be used to bring peace, joy, and understanding in ourselves and with others.  

My art is deeply influenced by my faith in Jesus. Through my faith in God I see beauty and hope in creation. I love details of delicate flowers, the intricacy of insect wings, the sparkle in the eyes of animals, and the wonder of the sky when the sun sets and rises. I love to notice patterns and to share stories. I am humbled to share my process here. I hope it can point to the eternal hope in my heart.
